Onsite Child-Care
The Commons at Phase is the largest coworking space in America with on-site child care. The Phase Center was created with family in mind, something for the parents, something for the kids, something for the community. When you become a member of The Commons, you have the option of enrolling your child in the on-site day care, or enrolling them in the after school care program. If you enroll your child, you receive a discount on your monthly membership.
Podcast Studio
The Commons at Phase is the only coworking space in the area with an on-site rentable podcast studio. While the studio is available for anyone to book by the hours, members receive credits with their membership that they can use towards hours in the studio for free. The studio is fully equipped with mics, recording equipment, and sound treatment.
Meeting Room Credits and Guest Passes
All members of The Commons receive a certain amount of meeting room credits with their membership or office rental. These credits are depicted as dollar amounts, and can be used towards any conference room or the podcast studio. Members receive the same amount of credits each month, and teams can share their credits to get maximum use of our available meeting spaces.
Guest passes are allotted the same. Each member receives a certain number of guest passes per month depending on the membership chosen. Use your guest passes to bring your spouse, your business partner, or team member into our space to work alongside you.
Event Space On-Site
While meeting room credits can not be used towards any of our event spaces, members are the first to see and hear about upcoming events, or room availability. Our event spaces include three large training rooms, two large common spaces, and a 600 seat theater equipped with its own entrance, green room, and full catering kitchen
Community Events
As a company we make it a priority to utilize our event spaces for our members specifically. Each week, member appreciation events are held for our members only in order to create a sense of community, and break up the work day. Whether it’s a food truck Friday, a mimosa bar, or simply free coffee on a Monday, The Commons is always coming up with new ways to bring our members together.
Coffee Shop
Yes, you read that correctly. The Commons at Phase has partnered with Phoenix Roasters to bring you fresh coffee all day long. They are a fully functional coffee shop within our building, and open during our opening hours Monday through Friday 6:30am – 6:30pm. They can also cater your events in our space, whether it’s a few cambros of coffee for your morning meeting, or their signature Nitro Brew Keggerator at your corporate event.
Parking
Our building is home to three businesses, however a unique amenity we offer that other coworking spaces in the area lack, is ample parking. We have over 420 parking spaces out front to suit you and your meeting guests.
Located in Alpharetta
We are located in the heart of Alpharetta, less than three miles from GA 400, directly behind the Avalon, and within 5 miles of 10 different hotel options. Our members can spend their day in the office, or get all of their weekly errands done during their lunch break. Alpharetta is constantly hosting events for the entire family, and our close proximity puts you right in the middle of the action, while embodying the quiet homeliness of a family friendly space.
Virtual Mailing Address
We are often asked if we offer a virtual mailing address. The answer is yes, depending on the membership you choose. Gold members and private office holders do receive the option to receive mail service to our building, as well as use our address as your business address.
Private Offices
The word coworking often alludes to the concept of shared office space, however at The Commons we offer both shared and private office space! While the coffee shop and the common area are typically buzzing, we are also home to 30 private offices for those who need 24/7 access. Private office members receive a virtual mailing address, a large amount of meeting room credits, and access to The Common space as well. Bring your entire team into our space or, feel comfortable knowing you and your business have room to grow at The Commons.
