Phase Family Learning Center DC offers a full-service preschool for children 6 weeks to 5 years of age. The Learning Center is part of an exciting renovation at Capital Turnaround. The Learning Center is part of an exciting renovation at Capital Turnaround and is conveniently located at the intersection of Capitol Riverfront, Capitol Hill and Navy Yard.

This historic car barn is being transformed into Capital Turnaround, a mixed-used facility home to Phase Family Learning Center, event space and more.
