what are your hours?

Our doors are open Monday – Friday from 8am-6pm, however, our members have access from 6:30am-6:30pm and certain memberships offer after hours and weekend access.

Can I bring my pet?

While we love our furry friends, and we know you do too, we do not allow them inside of the facility.

Is there a discount on child care?

If you are a member, you do get a discount on hourly, drop-in childcare. BUT, if you are looking for enrollment at Phase Family Learning Center, you will get a discount on your co-working membership.

Kind of like working in a coffee shop–without the noise, the kids, and the awkward feeling that you have to keep buying coffee. We supply the business grade wifi and the amazing community, and all you have to do is open your laptop and do what you do.

What is Coworking?

If I'm a member can I bring my friends?

Each membership comes with a certain about of guest passes per month. We do ask that you don’t use them all at once. While we love our furry friends, and we know you do too, we do not allow them inside of the facility. 

DO you offer a day pass?

Yes! We offer a day pass for $35 per day. This gives you access to our co-working space 8:00am-6:30pm.

Is 24/7 Access Available?

24/7 access is available to office memberships ONLY. We have a wonderful partnership with some wonderful people that will be using the ENTIRE space on Sunday (except private offices)

Is there a membership cancelation fee?

There is no membership cancellation fee. Memberships are recurring payments on the 1st of every month so whenever you let us know you want to cancel, you won’t be billed the following month. Office memberships do require 60 days notice

Offices

Does The Commons Provide Furniture?

Our HideAways have a built in desk and come with a chair. Our private offices are a blank slate for you to furnish how you wish.

Can I change offices?

Sure! If you outgrow your office and are looking for something different, we’ll get you in a new one as long as it’s available. If it’s not available, we’ll get you on the waitlist for the next one.

Can I decorate my office?

Absolutely! We ask that you when you leave, the office looks the same as when you got here. You can do it yourself, or we can put our facilities team on it and invoice you for the work.

How often will my office be cleaned?

The inside of your space will be cleaned every other week.

Meeting Rooms

can you rent meeting rooms Without a membership?

Absolutely! Just reach out to our community manager and she’ll be happy to get you set up.

What is included in your meeting room?

Our meeting rooms are all equipped with a TV for screen sharing and a whiteboard. Wireless screen sharing is available through ChromeCast; all you need is Google Chrome downloaded on your computer and we can show you the rest.
