The Legacy Theater is a state-of-the-art venue located in Alpharetta. Seating up to 600 guests theater style and 250 at round tables make this perfect space for any event. The Legacy Theater is one of the only venues in the area with an impressive list of included amenities such as AV equipment, furnishings, a beautiful private entrance and pre-function, a cozy and private green room, and an on-site catering kitchen. Whether it’s a corporate event, wedding , mitzvah, concert, etc. we can help you build the perfect, memorable event. pre-function space

Your guests will be impressed with they enter through our private entrance into a beautifully decorated ,spacious pre-function space. Take advantage of our high top tables and use it as a cocktail hour, a check in space, a buffet line….the options are endless. With our soft seating areas, all of your guest will find a comfortable spot to enjoy however you decide to use the space.

Private Green Room

Stage left, you will find a modern yet cozy green room with plenty of seating and a private bathroom equipped with an LED mirror. This is the perfect space for your VIPs to relax and take a breath during the event.

cutting edge audio & visual equipment

Use of our top-of-the-line A/V equipment is all part of your rental at The Legacy Theater (LED wall not included). Included in our A/V package is an unbelievable sound system profession tuned by our sound engineers, wireless handheld and headset microphones, side screens on either side of the stage, customizable stage and house light system.

Also included in the rental is all the furniture we have on-site to make hosting your event as easy as possible. We have 6’round tables, 6ft rectangular tables, cocktail tables, training tables, plenty of chairs, and more! See our detailed list of furniture below.

What is the rental fee and what does it include?

Each event is customized depending on the clients’ needs. Visit the contact us page, and tell us about your event for a rental quote.

What dates are available?

Please fill out the form on the “contact us” page with details about your event and one of our Event Managers will reach out to as soon as possible.

What’s the maximum number of guests allowed?

We have spaces that accommodate groups of 15 up to 600.

How many hours does the rental fee reserve the space?

We have half day pricing and full day pricing. Half day is considered any event under 4 hours full day rate is an 8 hour rental. If you go over the hours rented, we charge $200/hr.

Do you have an in-house caterer or list of preferred caterers?

We have a list of preferred caterers. You can find this information on our website on the Phase Events page. 

Are there adequate kitchen facilities?

We have a warming kitchen onsite, we are a nut free peanut free facility.

Do you allow smoking?

We are a non smoking facility.

How much is the deposit?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold the date.


How do I book or schedule a tour?

How close is the parking at the venue?

We have ample parking in front of the event venues.

Does Legacy provide Event staff?

We will have an Event Manager on site during your event who will be your point of contact for all facility needs. We require that you have full staff to run your event, our vendors provide these services.

Is alcohol permitted in the venue?

Yes, as long as you have someone who is permitted to serve alcohol in Alpharetta. We also have a list of companies you can hire to serve.
